Welcome to the team!

We are so grateful you've chosen to join the Naughty Team! You all are vital in creating the magic that is Naughty Events. We know that most of this magic happens behind the scenes, on installation and tear-down days, and by being ready to meet needs. Please read through this manual and acquaint yourself with our policies. This will help set proper expectations and answer many questions that you might have.

Meet the Naughty Staff!

The Naughty Staff are so excited about Naughty N'awlins! If you see us, say hi! Please don't hesitate to reach out with any questions, comments, or concerns before, during, or after the event!


Bob (he/him) and Tess (she/her) started Naughty Events as French Connection and Couple's Cruise in 1997. Their first Naughty N'awlins began in 1999, and has been growing steadily for 26 years now! They are passionate about inclusion, support, and expanding the lifestyle through "coopetition" - cooperation through competition. Bob now lives full-time in Zipolite, MX, with his partner Adrianna. Tess lives in New Orleans, directly in the French Quarter! Tess can typically be found in Registration during events and is a great point of contact if there are any issues with guests. Bob can typically be found roaming the floors and mingling with guests.
Nicki (she/her) has been on the Naughty team since 2014. She loves cats, and she can typically be found at the Registration table during events and is a wealth of knowledge about everything Naughty and New Orleans.
Myrina (she/her), the Naughty Headmistress, joined the Naughty Team in an official capacity in the Winter of 2022. She is the co-creator and co-host of the Accidental Swingers podcast and Co-founder and educator with Swinky Life. She lives in Florida and is currently the reigning Naughty Queen, along with her partners - Queen Crimson, King Tristan, and King Phoenix. During events, you can find her liaising with educators, sponsoring the Drinkery Bar takeover, or at her booth in the exhibitor hall.
Kendra (she/her) joined the Naughty team in the late spring of 2023. She is passionate about Process Management, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion - and recently graduated with her Master's degree in Business Administration, focusing on DEI and Compliance. She lives in Montana with her two partners and an extended network of polycules. During events, you can find her trying to answer any questions that come up, adjusting the schedules, and trying to meet as many ambassadors as possible. Please don't hesitate to come up to her and introduce yourself!
Jeanine (she/her) - the original J9 - has been with Naughty since 2000. She enjoys her quiet life on the farm she lives on with her husband, Nick. For N'awlins, she is one of our on-shift supervisors. Jeanine loves having a "vanilla" perspective on the lifestyle and loves making new friends and catching up with long-time friends she's made through the lifestyle.
